LED Light Therapy Research

Expanded LED utilisation has been tested by NASA and is applicable to the medical field. While researching how to grow crops in spacecraft with artificial light sources, it was discovered that red LED wavelength promotes the energy metabolism of cells that activates plant growth and photosynthesis. It was also discovered that wound healing was accelerated due to skin cell regeneration.
